1. Peptide Synthesis
Fmoc-Dab(Cbz)-OH is an Fmoc-protected derivative of 2,4-diaminobutyric acid (Dab).
Commonly used as a building block in solid-phase peptide synthesis (SPPS).
The Fmoc group protects the α-amino group, while the Cbz group protects the side-chain amino group, allowing orthogonal deprotection and site-specific modification.
